Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and ht77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ht77 website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, and all related services. • You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity) registering on your own behalf.

Account Registration and Verification

Each user is permitted to hold exactly one ht77 account. Opening multiple accounts, or opening an account on behalf of another person, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all balances forfeited without compensation.

ht77 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) programme. Before processing any withdrawal, you will be required to submit identity and address verification documents satisfactory to ht77. Acceptable documents include a National ID card, passport, or driving licence for identity, and a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months for address verification.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party.
• ht77 will never ask you to disclose your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.
• You must notify ht77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• ht77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that cannot be verified to our satisfaction within a reasonable period.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ht77 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ht77 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and City Bank. ht77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the account used to deposit must match the account registered to the ht77 user.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification and completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. ht77 will process verified withdrawal requests promptly; same-day processing is available for bKash and Nagad under normal operating conditions. ht77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing withdrawal funds if fraud is suspected.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by ht77 and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in your account dashboard after login.
• ht77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which ht77 accepts no responsibility.
• All deposits must be sourced from funds that you legally own. ht77 will not process deposits that we reasonably suspect to be of illegal origin.
• Withdrawals will be paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever operationally possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering standards.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ht77 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other promotional offers to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and to specific bonus terms that are displayed clearly before the bonus is claimed. By claiming any bonus or participating in any promotion, you agree to the specific terms attached to that offer.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them become withdrawable only after the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted — for example, a wagering requirement of 30x on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳30,000 before the bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash.

• Bonuses and free spins are available only to users who have completed KYC verification, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• ht77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if misuse or abuse is suspected.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per account unless explicitly permitted by the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or false information, will be forfeited and the account permanently closed.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

Intellectual Property

All content available on ht77 — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and data — is the intellectual property of ht77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the ht77 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any purpose without the prior written consent of ht77.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ht77 solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include any right to resell or make commercial use of ht77 or its content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ht77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if ht77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ht77 makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ht77 will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary interruptions, for which ht77 shall not be held liable.

Amendments and Governing Law

ht77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ht77 will notify registered users by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of ht77 after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming law and fair-play standards applicable to international digital platforms serving users in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of ht77's dispute resolution process before any external escalation. ht77 operates as a safe and reliable platform and will act in good faith in all dispute resolution matters.
